I made a meatloaf, I don't usually go for the ground beef, ground pork, ground lamb thing. Instead I use ground beef and italian sausage. This is the first time I've ever used a panade, but some cajun said to so I did, with evaporated milk. Turned out really tasty.

Looks mighty yummy. Good job!! Warden made one the other day using some Omaha Steaks Seasoning blend. Came close to being the best I ever ate. That stuff is also excellent on push pork..steaks..burgers..briskets etc. Yall try to snag some if you can.
