I'm gonna be honest with you, I don't see the difference in
taste between regular sausage and eggs. I've never tried it,
but it seems like going around the block for breakfast across
the street.

Now that there is funny
Cappy the are worth it...you need to try them before you decide you can't see the difference..and they are a nice Breafast at comps....I'm doing some up at the comp this weekend along with some pancakes for breakfast...(As soon as I can figure out how to not get them to leek thru the grates... )

I like my eggs over easy. Probably easier for Dave to do those pancakes on the grill then eggs over easy.
