Journal

I am thinking of starting a smoking journal to help me track the results of everything I smoke. Does anyone keep a journal and if so what do you include? Are there any websites that have good templates? I would appreciate any help possible.

Re: Journal

Seems like the WSM came with something like that, I don't remember for sure. Seems like you'd wanna keep track of what rub/sauce/injection, time, temp, foil or not, fuel and wood types. I don't know just thinking aloud. (Is that even possibly through typing)

Re: Journal

Tons of templates all over. There's one at TVWBB.
I did that...once. ONCE. After a while... you just get a feel, and don't need it.
