No. Just the basic WSM. I can fit 5 of those jerky trays on each level for a total of 10.

Wow! They look like they're a couple feet high!! Pretty impressive!

I assume you had a water pan full of water. Did you have the bottom vents fully closed?

Where do you get those disposable round grates?
