JB one thing I think you need is one more pit to go with the other 4-5 you have What does that marinade taste like you put on the chicken

The Chivetta's has peppery vinegar salty taste with hints of garlic n onion

It's good stuff. (Witt turned me on to it too.) Scroll down on the Chiavetta's products page and it'll tell you if any retailers in your area carry it. If not, you can order it directly from Chiavetta's by mail, or from various online merchants you can find by googling.
