Ok, JB.. you got me this time.. I had a few bottles in the fridge for ya but ended up using them. I'll hook you up on Tuesday before the big shoe. :shock:
 
JB one thing I think you need is one more pit to go with the other 4-5 you have :shock: What does that marinade taste like you put on the chicken :?:
 
Here boy.. It should hold you over until the weekend....
marinade

* 1 (12 ounce) bock beer, I use Shiner Bock
* 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
* 2 tablespoons red onions, diced fine
* 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
* 4 dashes Tabasco sauce
* 2 limes, juice of
* 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
* 1 tablespoon coarse brown mustard (Creole is good)
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 teaspoons salt

it's a cajun thing it seems. How about that... :shock:

Its 5 pits,
The Chivetta's has peppery vinegar salty taste with hints of garlic n onion

It's good stuff. (Witt turned me on to it too.) Scroll down on the Chiavetta's products page and it'll tell you if any retailers in your area carry it. If not, you can order it directly from Chiavetta's by mail, or from various online merchants you can find by googling.

Thanks JB for the burner demo, that sure is some fine vitals there.

Sapo, that marinade recipe looks good I'm gonna try it the next time I BBQ.
