Itialian sausage

Finally got around to making some Itialian Sausage. Got some in the WSM for snacks and dinner. The one in the middle has some of Witt's chipolte (sp?) smoked pepper in it. That will be on a while and will be sliced for snacks. Just put the links on. They are mild and will be served with peppers and onions tonight...

Man those sausages look great. When I get to the state fair thats all I eat there. LOVE me some sausages :LOL: .

Hey Wittdog, how about sharing the chipolte recipie?
