listened last night for the first time. I'll be doing that regularly now. But in a nutshell they are insanely sharp and keep an edge well the only "drawback" was the thinness of the blade and the lightness of the Knife. My question is just how thin are we talking? I think i'm going to order a couple based on the sharpness alone. I mean for the price there is really nothing to lose.

The blade is probably 2mm thick. You can sort of tell in the picture in my review post if you look at the tang.

Now you made me curiouse to see how the edge holds afer re-sharpening. For $11.00 delivered to your door sound like a good deal especially if you get in a jam and need a good, cheap knife to take to a comp or whatever?

Hey Blackened

If you find any in Butte County---could you let me know?

I know that they are not marked NSF because they have a woode handle----but I think I might have use for a couple
