btw, what is Angus? it's not a grade like prime, choice, select, right?
Is it a certain cow that tastes better? I know it's more expensive.

Looks great Tony! Have you considered taking your skills to the Q For The Kids Comp next week in Fairbanks, IN. We need two more teams to make it a qualifier. If I were Bobby Flay, I'd challenge you to a throwdown!

Burgers look great Tony. I've never tried smoking one. Was the texture a lot different?
