I haz an meatloff!
Ya know it's really hard to beat smoked meatloaf.
2 lbs beef
1 lb turkey
1 onion
1 package onion soup mix
3 TBS WRB
2 eggs
1 TBS Wooster
2 TBS Rev Marvin's Hot
1/4 C parm
Glaze with favorite Q sauce, mixed with hot sauce (Crystal Extra Hot, and Louisiana Gold) , and a lil maple syrup (real BOY)
Done over Wicked Good "Weekend warrior" Lump from thecharcoalstore.com. (nice stuff !!!!). Some small chunks of maple and cherry from the back yard.

Man... the best thing about loaf is the cold sammiches the next day with sliced onion and a lil mayo !

Scotty, I have to say that your smoked meatloaf tastes better than your grams recipe. She would be proud
