I didn't Q today, but......

I had Q. I had a bag of "riblets" which is actually the trimmings from spares when I do them. These were from a summer cook, but still tasted as fresh as if they were just cooked!

In boiling/simmering water for about 45 minutes.


Snacks are served.


And again...


And the very happy daddy!

The riblets look great Larry. Next time give me a call and I will help you with the reheat. I think Cathryn has grown a bunch since the summer. Great Pics.
