Those are beautiful chops! Where's the finished pic's?? BTW, if you had some Reverend Marvins Sauce to go on them I bet they would be even better!
 
No brewski's involved. Help move some beef half's around in the meat locker this am and got 4 of those bad boys for helping out. One son is on vacation. They start cutting at 5:00 am to get the shop open by 10:00. NO BOX-O-MEAT there! Every thing is cut by hand. Proudly one of the only REAL butcher shops still open any where close.Where you ask, And receive what you want cut to order! =D>

I got one of those shops down the street from me...actually, there is quite a few "real butchers" in the Cleveand Metro area...a nice perk that a lot of people don't get to enjoy!

Chops look great pigs!! I agree with Larry...I'd get some Rev Marvin's sauce to put on those...it's sooooo goood!! :D

Yup, He slips me better cuts sometimes. I like a dork did not look at it too close. Grilled it up, And down the hatch. :grin:
