where do you get beef ribs with that much meat on them? around here they are all scraped clean

At any Winn Dixie store (a southern chain) down here
 
Sure do miss our Winn Dixie stores. I guess our longtitude and lattitude must have changed.
 
Beef ribs are one of my favorites and those look tasty. The last time I saw meat in a Winn Dixie it was slightly grey with a hologram sheen to it. They all closed round here shortly after that. :)
 
Ahh man you shoulda have grabbed it. Sounds like it was already aged:) Broke my heart when they closed around here. They always run the Choice bone in whole ribeyes for 2.99 a few times a year and sometimes they mess up and peddle the boneless models at that price. As the man say on the day they was turning the bone in models to boneless was the day to buy some good ribs. Can still be done occasionally at Tom Thumb aka Safeway but its real hit or miss and they tend to be proud of them pricewise. Now Kroger still cuts something but it bound not to involve beef ribs..cuz all I ever see in there is cryoed soup bones which are marked as Beef Ribs. Now sometimes they mess up and actually label them as soup bones. It takes a price drop at that stage I think.
 
Ahh ok. I do not mess around with aged chicken pork or fish. I like it so fresh you have to slap it sometimes.
 
Looks like you got a new sword. Looks great. I love beef ribs. Especially the ones that are cut down like that.
