A little dark, still working on lighting...not too bad though.

How long did it take to record...then how long did it take to edit...

I find it is always fun to do the interview...then, the next day, I hate the fact that I have to do the editing and make everyone ELSE sound good! The host is prolific!

Greg, recording it wasn't really an issue. Total record time may have been a little over an hour, done in parts throughout the cook. Editing on the other hand...dang...that took most of the free time I had in a week. I'm sure it will get easier eventually, but the editing part really stinks

I hear ya...I hate editing!! The pork butt round table was 5 hrs of raw audio...I made it in to 1 hr of solid gold!
