"How-To" Pork Butt Video

Made this video up and thought you folks may be interested. What a major pain to edit though...had to remove the cuss words and temper tantrums : ) jk

A little dark, still working on lighting...not too bad though.

Let me know what you think.

So I've been told...

How long did it take to record...then how long did it take to edit...

I find it is always fun to do the interview...then, the next day, I hate the fact that I have to do the editing and make everyone ELSE sound good! The host is prolific!

Good job on the video...you have a voice for it!

Greg, recording it wasn't really an issue. Total record time may have been a little over an hour, done in parts throughout the cook. Editing on the other hand...dang...that took most of the free time I had in a week. I'm sure it will get easier eventually, but the editing part really stinks
