I added a little extra to the traditional Griff Loaf recipe, red and green peppers and it gave it a holiday appearance. I did this on my OTG with a chunk of apple at 350° took just over an hour. Any time I make a Griff Loaf I find it easier to do two and use the Food Saver and freeze one.
