Andy,

Saturday night we went to a Luau party but they had chicken. I did ask where the pig is with the apple in its mouth. Now I know where the pig was.

This cooker was built especially for this. It doesn't even have racks in it. Two charcoal baskets that hold about 40#s each & a spit. It is used this one weekend each year. Someday we'll modify it a little & see what we
can fit in there.
