Andy,

Saturday night we went to a Luau party but they had chicken. I did ask where the pig is with the apple in its mouth. Now I know where the pig was.:D
 
This cooker was built especially for this. It doesn't even have racks in it. Two charcoal baskets that hold about 40#s each & a spit. It is used this one weekend each year. Someday we'll modify it a little & see what we
can fit in there.
 
pig... mmmmm... looks good and the cooker wouldn't need to do anything else at my house. :)
 
Hey Andy, how big was that hog? how long was it on and what temp?
Doing my first one tomorrow night (actually early Sat morning), small one, bout 65 lbs. Like yur cooker!
