Those HH Beef Ribs look delicious
, what kinda sauce was that
on 'em? Looked similar to Rev Marvin's mustard/vinegar based
sauce from here?

The BBQ sauce is Blue Plate a local food service only BBQ concentrate.
Its sold by the gallon. It's a very thick (uncut) & tart/vinegar base sauce.
It's not sweet like Rev's at all, If'in you want it sweet one has to add sugar & water. One gallon cost $7.50, shipping is $8.00...
A case of 4 gal. is about $45.00 with shipping...........

They don't offer on line sales yet. I have an 800 # to order it from
