Next time Boy... Check your charcoal supply BEFORE you start a cook!

Too little yield in the picnic cut for me. But if you like em for cracklins, skin em, defat the roast some, and do em separately. My .02.

Sure looks like you enjoyed it though! So ... Good on ya! :)
