My wifes co-workers mother passed away yesterday so I am doing a turkey breast and a pan of pasta salad for the family.



I put the umbrella up cuz it looks like it wants to rain. :roll:

Bill, great looking Turkey. I love Turkey when it is cooked right. So moist and packed with flavor. I think I will try to convince the family to let me smoke Turkey this Thanksgiving.

Well, I saw his wife today while I was at the dentist (Small Town) and she said it was fantastic. I told her to save the carcas for black eye peas to make hoppin john with. She said that the grandchildren had sucked the bones dry. :shock:

Ron smoke one before Thanksgiving and you won't have to convince them! They'll beg you to smoke one on turkey day!
