Here Turkey Lurkey

My wifes co-workers mother passed away yesterday so I am doing a turkey breast and a pan of pasta salad for the family.

I put the umbrella up cuz it looks like it wants to rain.

Bill, great looking Turkey. I love Turkey when it is cooked right. So moist and packed with flavor. I think I will try to convince the family to let me smoke Turkey this Thanksgiving.

Nice looking Turkey and even nicer gesture.

Have you ever made stock from the skin and bones of a smoked turkey? You can make some truely fantastic soupsand grvies with it (if you like the smoky goodness in soups and gravy).
