herb crusted bone in pork loin

I owed in cuz in favor for plowing my driveway this winter.
I had a bone in pork loin from Costco in the freezer
 
WTH man, you did not let me know about this... PSHHHHHHH!
. Wasn't my dinner max, although I did think about eating myself , and making my cuz something else.

Good lookin cook on the pork, I personally like mine a tad pink in the middle.
. Toby if you blow up the pic u can see it was still really juicy.
I pulled it at 143. When I cook pork for people I don't like to go any less than that for fear that they would think that it was under cooked.
 
Wonderful. Everybody needs their own band saw..lol. I took one of them things still in tact to a party one time. It looked like a big pack of hyenias trying to figure out how to dig the meat out of there...lol. It was cheap though...lol

These slice up nice and easy. U can slice through the bones with no problem.
I know what u are taking about BW. I bought 1 from the grocery store down the street , I had them cut in between the bones with the bandsaw and I still had a hard time slicing them up.
These were like slicing up a baby back rib .
