HELP! Need recipe for barbequed Pigs Feet.

I remember as a kid my grandmother simmering pigs feet for hours to make head cheese. We never ever bbq'ed it but as I recall the reason we used the feet was due to the large amount of gelatin to set the "head cheese" (really it was more a terrine than anything)
I would guess that you would have to slow smoke them for a very very long time to break down all the tissues. I would rather smoke the hocks than the feet. They would be better and meatier.
 
Yeppers...nearly guarahntee it need a good boiling on the front end. How many legs you got?
