Working on the slide show now, I aint sure if they was loinbacks or spares. They sell the same ones at Sams.

Loinbacks typically come with 3 racks per pack at the wholesale stores and spares are 2 racks per pack and are much bigger than loinbacks. A pack of loinbacks will be around 5lbs, a pack of spares will be 8-10lbs. Loinbacks are around $3.49lb and spares are around $1.99lb at the wholesale stores.
 
When you get down as far South as JB is and across the bridge in my home town it is hard to find pork cuts that aren't enhanced. Does that play into cooking times ?

It sounds like that is what JB is using. ;)
 
The local Sam's does not carry any enhanced meats, don't know about elsewhere.
