Holy crap man, I'm seriously impressed.

I saw ....(?) wrap the bacon under a 45degree angle (the bacon "faced" 10 o clock and the stuffed sausage "faced"2 o clock) that way it looked nice(r).

Great looking artery cloggers!!! Should have all the dogs in the neighborhood lining up at your fence when they get a whiff of that on the grill. I have a Great Dane and a Husky who go nuts when something good is on the grill or in the smoker.
