Had the kids and grandchildren over yesterday. Did up some ribs, a couple of types cole slaw, macaroni salad, beans, and garlic bread.








 
Ah see you got the same problem as me, dem ribs are so tenda day fall apart whilest ya cut em. still taste good doe

John what's the story on ze bacon? ;)

I throw thick sliced bacon on the grill when doing steaks to help them flare up and get good grill marks, works well.




Whenever I fry bacon in the skillet I always save the fat for frying burgers, porkchops, etc; good eats. :D
