Having a big day

Thursday I was the BIG 40 . So to celebrate, my wife hired the best catering company in town, me . I will be cooking a whole hog for supper, gonna smoke a chub of bologna for lunch along with some pig candy. Since I have learnt to post pictures, I will keep updating as we go. The pig will go on about 7:30 this am.
