Sunday night dinner.... pork tenderloin, rubbed with one of my slightly sweet very spicy rubs; sliced into 1.5" pieces, and wrapped in bacon. Pulled off grill while juices were still slightly pink; internal temps. were 152 - 155, let rest about 10 minutes before serving. Served with tossed green salad and a spinach, mushroom risotto (with just a tiny bit of bacon :D )
And for dessert, a chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting......

(pictures aren't great, camera needs to be retired; new one's in the box - I'm getting there !)

Looks great, Friesian! I think I could handle a few of those, pass on dessert and just throw on another piece of me for me.

Nice job!

Thanks again everybody for "looking" ! I just love to cook, specially over a fire; something about wood smoke and what it does for flavoring food.... plus, it's fun to hang around a fire and have a drink or two while dinner's cooking ;)

Awesome! Yeah normally while I'm grilling/smoking something my wife is making some ridiculous cake (she took cake decorating classes). Works out quite well! Thanx for sharing the pics!
