We did a Griff loaf for dinner yesterday along with some taters and some fried green tomatoes. For you new guys that haven’t done a Griff loaf I highly recommend it. Smoked with cherry wood on Buford.




 
I put it in the BBQ album...and grabbed that link instead of the loaf pics...you are not lossing it in your old age :LOL:
 
Today...Leftover sammies with Cheddar Jap Bread....Griff I'm glad you invented this one no matter what Cappy says....
