Not to pile it on here but Greg did chick thighs for us the night before he did the aforementioned steaks. Budweiser was served deckside while he prepared his "patented" chix. Killer!
 
Caution here Cap. Greg strategically leaves something out or his phone "breaks up" when he's dictating the process or the ingredients. He's a sly one and he makes his Daddy proud.
