Great day for some ribs

BW, normally I would argue the fine points of enhanced vs non enhanced meat with you....but.....I have read many post that have proven that enhanced ribs can and do win some comps.
 
Well I neva met anybody who claimed to have done worth a flip with unpumped ribs. Now do know of some who have tried to pump it personally as per in a brine..vacumm tumble...marinate etc. My theory is if you want em pumped might as well buy em thataway. I have devolved into taking the same view on dead chickens. I learnt this the hard way when I bit into a Butterball Fryer one day. I said hmmm..they have stolen my chicken brine recipe.
