Gonna be a long night

Got a late start so it's going to be a long night. Cooking two Boston Butts rubbed with Wolfe Bold. One rump roast rubbed with Wofe Original. Two fatties one stuffed with Chez Wiz and one rolled in Wolfe Original and last some Down Home sausage. Planning on cooking the butts to 200 plus to pull and the rump roast to 165-170 to slice and cut up into cubes. Fatties to 165.

Here are the final pics. Going to take the pork to the card game tonight. Use those guys for ginnie pigs.

Give me your opinion. I know to get better it's by trail and error and getting advice from your peers. Thanks

Tannehill,

Every time I see your username I think of the state park in Alabama.

By the way Larry I thought the rub was really good. My card playing buddies went crazy over the pull pork sandwiches.
