Lookin very very good! Iíll be smoking a butt this Saturday. My wife was out of town last week and went out to lunch with a friend, she ordered a pulled pork sandwich and said it was horrible. She likes my pulled pork much better.

Altho it's against my religion, about 11:30 I gave up on keeping cooker temps high enough (it was cold out) and brought the butts in to finish in the oven. After pulling at 1 a.m., I stuck the mixing bowl o' meat in the fridge and went to bed. I'll try to get some pics when we bag it this afternoon.
