Welcome to the BBQ-4-U forum for BBQ and Grilling. You will find a lot of advise on technique, ways to cook, types of equipment and lots of other stuff. You will also find the best group of people on the internet when it comes to BBQ!!

It was a good buy on a great smoker BUT I need a smoker and grill
So many folks in Calif. want Tri Tip and you need direct heat for that.
Anyway I belive I will be ordering a Stump smoker and a Tucker Trailer
But I have changed my mind 10 times and just keep on WSMing
Down side is I missed 3 great mid to large catering events
