It was a good buy on a great smoker BUT I need a smoker and grill
So many folks in Calif. want Tri Tip and you need direct heat for that.
Anyway I belive I will be ordering a Stump smoker and a Tucker Trailer
But I have changed my mind 10 times and just keep on WSMing
Down side is I missed 3 great mid to large catering events

Thom,

See, the correct answer there is, "Yes Greg, I don't know how to thank you for the wonderful job you're doing here, your service to the BBQ community is to be commended."

We have to stroke him at least once a day.
