Just some Pork & Beef ribs .... and a little home made sausage
with peppers and onions too...
sausage made from the sausage mix prize in
the "Frozen Few"....very good mix I might add!! :D thanks Dave

I think I used the wrong style casings....they pretty much dissolved
under the heat

Picked them up where I buy my whole pigs

It just said "Natural Hog Casings" on the bag
they seemed pretty rugged when handling them
I had no blow-outs when filling...but they didn't
like the heat

SJ..if you make them again...cook them indirect till they are almost done then hit em with the high heat to crisp em up....
That was the Sausage Makers Mix

Your casings were taken from too close to the butt hole..... need casings from closer to the stomach.

It all looks great Joe wuz them BB ribs?

Thanks all for the kind words

All the bigger sections were BB's and the shorter ones were
beef short ribs.....not as good as a whole beef rib, but they
were on sale for $.99 lb. figured I'd give them a try.
