Brisket and butts are done and resting, ribs going in now, starting to prep ABT's. The wife's baking home made rolls and I'm going to try some of those biscuit things we saw earlier in the week. Guests are bringing sides and my brother will be grilling squirrel and wings...

Sounds like a feast going on. I thought I have had squirrels everyway you can fix them but I have never had them grilled :shock:
 
Great looking hunks of meat. Are you inviting the whole town over? Sounds like it with that menu you just described.

Im not even a football fan. Its just an excuse to cook and party. I didnt know till this am who was in the game..

Well, thanks to the good folks that import Corona beer I couldn't post the rest of the food pics last night..so here goes. And Nick, Jean said she dosn't have a recipe for the rolls, but she'll post something later.
