wow Griff. thay shine more than your WSM, well folks looks like 1st place is taken,,we all can cook for 2nd place real nice job can allmost taste them from here
 
great lookin ribs. never cooked in - 10. I agree as long as the wind is not blowing it's fine. When i cooked on new years eve it was a high of 26 and a low of 11 with a 30 mph wind at the lake. it was brutal. New years day was 19 for a high and 9 for a low with no wind. Much more Easier to cook in.
