Those patio thermometers are notoriously inacurate. Mine was reading 75 and it felt like 80.

-10 I can cook in anytime....but the wind we have here makes it unbearable.
Thawing out the ice in the bottom of the WSM is a common thing around here...not to mention frozen lids ...and vents.

That is much too cold for me, as mentioned before if it gets below 50 down here its cold. Nice job on the ribs!!
