Friend from Houmas wings

My friend Houmaegger from eatlikeanative.com made these.. I have never seen them and want to share them here...

Quote:
Mixed 1 lb of green onion sausage and 1/3 lb of blue cheese together. Used a cake decorator plunger to stuff the wings. Seasoned with Tony's and egged with some sugar cane - no sauce.

Dang Sapo..I meat to tell you a while ago that while you may not look like much...you apparently a very good cook. Tipping my hat your way Now the reason I use this expression is cuz it whut my Daddy always say out loud about my Mama over the supper table. I still get a lot of mileage out of it if I'm trying to get the Warden really riled up Try it sometime. Felize Navidad etc. Thanks for all your contributions in the arena of a bunch of cooking styles. I gonna knock on your door down at Corpus one day

Your amigo,

bigwheel

The finished product looks great, but the process kind of scares me.
