Fresh Pork

Was down on the farm today and look at these fine little porkers. They just need a little time. There fun as heck to pick up, they go crazy! And the noise they make? You darn near could go deaf.

One will make it's way to my pit this fall for a party on the farm. These are about five days old. Cute little pork butts. This batch was 14, mom only has 12 "buttons" (if you know what I mean) some one is going to go hungry every now and then.

Never name anything you are going to have to slaughter.

I shall slaughter no swine before it's time.

All kidding aside, sorting hogs is about one of the most dangerous jobs out there. Kind of like taking knee high blocks from NFL linemen several hundred times an hour!

Pigs look real nice (not in that way!).
