First smoke...

Tried a few racks of ribs for my first smoke today... Everything went smoothly and the ribs were awesome. I even picked up a BGE thermometer for the kettle lid... I'm going to drill a hole to install it in the next few days. The rub was a lot more spicy on the ribs than the boston butt i did in the crock pot.... Here are a few pictures.

Jester...wish my first ribs had turned out as well as yours You got yourself a fine cooker. Weber is hard to beat!

The kettle grill is a beautiful thing. Those are some great looking ribs.

Beautiful ribs! Those look a hell of a lot better than the tuna salad that I'll be having for dinner.
