Finished Butt & Chicken Quarters Pix

Ms BluzQue decided she wanted the Butt sliced up for cold sammies! Oh well! Still tastes good to me. As I said in earlier post, I wanted to try out Reverend Marvin's sauce on the quarters. All I can say is I'm very pleased!

Fantastic!

You ever pull chicken for sandwiches? For some reason your picture reminded me of pulled chicken. A friend of mine in KY would do it for parties, served with tomato bbq sauce on a kaiser roll.

Thanks Bryan That's something I'm gonna have to try! Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce might be the ticket!

Try mixing our sauce 50/50 with Sweet Baby Ray's. Gives you a little sweet taste followed by a nice kick. I use that combo on chicken all the time....
