Hey Big ben,

Cool set up!
How much did you pay for the Nam Char?
Do you use it regularly?

Cheers

Good thinking Ben. Just watch when you open the cooking chamber.

That looks great. I'd still be nervous about carbon monoxide build up. Please tell me you are going to have a CO monitor down there in conjuction with some kind of drafting fan. [-o<

good call scotty. I think he said it's in the garage, so hopefully he'll leave the door open.

Big Ben,

I use it here in Oakville, have been for about 6 months, but it's expensive
$11.00 Can. per bag.
The reason I like to use it, I can't taste the charcoal in the meat, which most brands I can.

Cheers
