Sure. I have a 6' gas grill http://billthegrillguy.tripod.com/si.../gasburner.jpgthat I use for vending and catering. I packaged the ribs in 2 layers of foil with apple juice and my bbq sauce and put them on the grill at 200*. I wanted to heat them up slow, then put them in the cambro until cutting time.
