12 brisket flats and a couple of small butts.

the flats were kinda small this time... a case of 12 was 66 lbs... they were small but most had decent thickness to them.




I had to post a pic of me and my helper vacuuming up some pork loin slices the other night :D
 
Dont sound too small. The flats we get run around that vicinity. Nice to get some sorta thick ones. The CAB flats we get are about as thick as thick sliced baloney. You ever tangled with any "nose off" briskets. They sort of a flat but with a small chunk of the point still clinging. Got a case of those things once upon a time. Now they was real thick and cooked up good. Quite a big cheaper than real flats too. Nice looking pics. That helper looks like a cutie:)
