Feed fer a 100!

Well wasn't a huge gig an was done on a shoestring, but everbody enjoyed the food!

Puttin some pulled brisket sammies tagether.


Our end a the chow line.

Was alotta work fer not alotta pay, but got us some good exposure an the folks enjoyed the vittles!

We did 50 pounds a raw brisket, bout 5 of em, I always figure on 50% loss an that be right bout where we were at.
