Thanks all, Beef ribs are real easy to do, easyer than pork ribs, Just remember 275 grate, watch your drip bucket (you sould get at least 1 cup of grease per rack in the bucket) the ribs will pull back from the small end bone at least 3/4inch (meaty ones more) They should take 4 to 5 hours on a calm hot day. Like I said I don't foil em, they were so tender you could pull the bone away from the meat on the end of the racks.
