Fatty recipe

Anyone tried this before?

1lb sausage rolled to 1/2" thick

stuff with:
Pepper Jack
Chopped jalapeno peppers
Maple syrup

Roll back into a roll, cover in rub, and smoke.
when finished drizzle with a sweet BBQ sauce.

Quite a few of us have done various versions of that. You can stuff them with just about anything!

Hey, BBQ is fairly low fat. You just have to not over indulge. But therein lies the problem, if you love your BBQ like I do. I've had to really watch how much I eat but since the first of the year I've lost 28lbs and I still enjoy my BBQ, just not a ton at a time.
