I've done fatties for some time now Sundays race Q was the first time I tried the hot Jimmy Deans sausage, I wasen't very hot at all, It was a little spicer than the mild that I did also. I was wondering if yall ever rolled a fatty in fresh cracked black pepper? I'm gonna try it next time.
I applied a dry rub yesterday & it was fine just not enough heat for me.
